Bio: Mary Nell Trautner does research in the areas of law and society, gender, organizations, and labor and labor movements. Her current work focuses on legal decision making and public policy, specifically how tort reform impacts how personal injury lawyers decide which cases to accept and which to decline. Her articles have appeared in Gender & Society, Social Forces, and Working USA.
